We did a little shopping yesterday! Of course, I had to get Briana some squeaky shoes. She thought they were so funny. I know when I get home, I will probably regret getting them as she squeaks all over the house - LOL! Here is a short video!
Hi! Congrats on your beautiful daughter! I came across your blog tonight. We adopted our sughter in 2006 and are paperchasing for our second China girl now. Reading your blog made me remember how bone tired I was in China.....it does fade from memory in time, I promise!
I think there is a plug that you can take out on the bottom side of the spueaky shoes to stop them from squeaking if you want.....just put the plug back in if you want the squeaks. At least that is how the shoes were that we got for Lia were.
I can't believe you are encouraging her to walk!!! You're going to be in so much trouble once she does take off. We had that problem at only 10 1/2 months old. My parents encouraged it and Eriks took off running and almost at age 4 has yet to stop.
At least with the squeaky shoes you'll always know where she is and from what most people have told me the squeaky shoes they bought had removable squeakers!!

she is one smiley baby!!! For sanity sake I am pretty sure you can pull out the squeak part :)
