Trip To Chattanooga - Rock City's Enchanted Garden Of Lights

The 2nd main event for our trip to Chattanooga was a visit to Rock City's Enchanted Garden of Lights. For those that have read my blog forever, you might remember we did this last year with my friend Carole and her family. As I walked all around Rock City (atop Lookout Mountain) last year, I kept thinking how much my mom would love to see it. It is truly beautiful. So, this year my parents finally got to experience it this year and my mom absolutely loved it! (I knew she would!) I am going to let the pictures (taken by both me and my mom) speak for themselves...

I am always amazed by what 5 year olds can get their parents and grandparents to do...

Toward the end of the walk, you enter the Fairyland Caverns and Mother Goose Village...

My cute gal and the Rock City Gnome...

At the very top of Lookout Mountain, there is a small village with shops and the kids can visit Santa Claus. This was visit three to the big guy. If Miss B doesn't get her pink Fijit Friend and Walkin' GoGo Pup, then something is wrong. ;) In the below picture, Santa asked Briana if she wanted clothes for Christmas. She did a little headshake "no" and started to laugh. Then Santa started to laugh too...

It was a wonderful family outing. Very special memories made for sure!!!

What a beautiful, fun place to visit! The pic of Briana peeking around the tree at the gingerbread house is my favourite! Oh yah, and giggling with santa!

Isn't it fun when you dream of doing something with someone special...and then that dream comes true?!!
