All About Halloween

If you are an active reader of my blog, you already know that our family is big on Halloween. We LOVE it! It's just a lot of fun for us.

I decorate the inside of the house...

Doug and Bri decorate the outside...

Doug built these towers and he bought the flicker lamps to add to them...

And this is my zombie girl. I love my zombie girl. Bri and Doug hate my zombie girl. LOL!

Doug decided to start a "zombie girl war" with me. He would put her in places I wasn't expecting to find her to spook me. It worked a few times.

Finally, I decided to have her greet him at the garage door after he was working outside (I totally spooked him!)...

Doug even scared Bri when he had zombie girl hiding in the bathroom. He was hoping it would be me, but he got my poor sweet girl instead. LOL! 

I'm worried about next year. I may wake to find zombie girl at the side of my bed. Heh.

In mid-October, we attended the annual China adoptive families Halloween potluck. The kids always have so much fun playing, eating and carving pumpkins...

What an amazing group of kids...

And of course, we had to carve our pumpkins...

Mine is on the left, Doug's is in the middle and Bri's is on the right (the Dr. Strange's Eye of Agamotto)...

Briana and Doug decided to dress as a costume duo this year - Wreck It Ralph and Vanellope Von Schweetz. I'm really happy that Bri wanted to dress up again for Halloween. I'm not sure when she will decide to stop, so I enjoy each year she still wants to go out and trick or treat. (My photo shoot of the costumes will be my next post)...

Halloween finally arrived! The cousins came once again to walk our neighborhood. Doug and Bri had to pose in front of the witch...

But this is our favorite house in the neighborhood - the zombie house. It is absolutely amazing...

Halloween is always a blast for us. I had a much better Halloween season 2018 than the past two years. Those last two years were very rough for me health wise. Hopefully Halloween 2019 will be a fantastic one too.
