Portland, Maine ~ Day 3, Part 2

After our boat ride and Titantic encounter, we were hungry. Doug had been to Portland before, and he had eaten at a little restaurant called "J's Oyster House." He wanted to check it out again. We decided to eat outside and look at the water...

I got a lobster pasta. My taste was a bit diminished, but I enjoyed it enough. It sure was colorful...

Doug enjoyed yet another lobster roll...

Doug and I thought the weather was beautiful. Bri on the other hand complained she was cold. That's what happens when you have little to no body fat. ;) She enjoyed some mac n cheese - that warmed her up...

After lunch, we went to a cute candy store and bought some treats...

We went back to the hotel to rest up a bit. Bri and I chilled, but Doug decided he wanted to check out some beer tasting at the Shipyard Brewery that was located next to our hotel. He walked over there on his own...

For dinner, we decided to talk a walk to a restaurant called "The Thirsty Pig"...

Doug and Bri really enjoyed some bratwurst...

That was actually a tough meal for me. I really couldn't taste anything. For some reason, my infection was really swelling my sinuses that evening. The place was super cute though and it was nice to take a walk.

We headed back to the hotel to turn in for the night. We had another full day in front of us...
