Atlanta Botanical Gardens - Part 1

We woke up Friday morning of spring break, had breakfast and then headed over to the Atlanta Botanical Gardens. We had only taken Bri to see the gardens during Christmas break, so it would be a new experience going in the spring...

Love the blown glass hanging in the entrance way...

I am SO glad we decided to go to the gardens when we did. It was a gorgeous day - perfect temp and bright sun. It was definitely getting toward the end of tulip season, so we were happy to actually see some tulips in the garden.

My lovely girl (who was in a great mood and loved being at the gardens)...

A very pretty fountain behind us...

She is lovely...

The Children's Garden...

Bri is too old to play in the kids' area, but she did climb into this tree house once for fun...

Hearing her voice echo...

More blown glass, so pretty...

The rose garden...

Japanese garden...

We visited the gardens during the "Orchid Daze" exhibit. There were so many beautiful orchids lining the conservatory. That is what my next post will be about...
