Ok, so back to the Magic Kingdom we went...

We had only visited Fantasyland and Tomorrowland at that point, so it was time to visit Liberty Square, Frontierland and Adventureland.

We ran into a parade that was just finishing up...

We went straight to Liberty Square because we had lightning lane reservations for "The Haunted Mansion" (one of my favorites)...

A short video...

Then it was off to Frontierland...

We had a lightning lane reservation for Thunder Mountain after Haunted Mansion, but the Disney app let us know the ride was closed down for a while. Luckily, if you have a lightning lane reservation and a ride closes, you can go back at anytime to redeem.

We had some time before our other lightning lane reservations (and we hoped Thunder Mountain would open back up quickly - it did), so we stopped into see the "Country Bear Jamboree"...

A short video...

The Country Bear Jamboree always makes me laugh. Heh.

Next up, the Tiki Birds in Adventureland...

I love the "Enchanted Tiki Room"...

Some videos...

We got done with the Tiki Room and it was finally time for "Big Thunder Mountain Railroad"...

You can see from this picture above, all the people on the right were in the lightning lane line. It took about 15 minutes to get on the ride. The standby line was still 50 minutes long (you just can't see the people in line). Thunder Mountain had closed for a while, so everyone was trying to check in. It was a bit crazy.

We finally got on and we had a blast. It was SO much fun. Loved doing it at night for the first time.

Next up, the "Jungle Cruise." It was really cool to do at night. We have never been at night before...

A fun video...

Finally, the last ride! "Pirates of The Caribbean'...

We were exhausted and didn't want to fight the crowds to watch the fireworks that evening. We knew we could see them from our hotel room.

Bri had one request before leaving the park. She wanted to stop at the confectionery.

We stopped to view the castle for just a moment...

We walked back to Main Street (it was crowded)...

Confectionery time...

So many amazing treats. And yes, we bought of bunch of them...

Then, we headed out of Magic Kingdom...

Once we were back at the hotel, we turned on the TV to the channel that goes with the fireworks display...

We then sat on the balcony and watched the show...

Doug brought up some takeout from Contempo Cafe because we were getting pretty hungry (this was my grilled chicken sandwich)...

Food was tasty - not super amazing - but it did the trick.

So that was our very busy, full day. Thank you for reading along!

It was time to settle in and so we could get up again for another early morning. Animal Kingdom next...
