Asheville, NC - Day 2, Part 4

The grounds of the Biltmore are so unbelievably impressive.

The Italian Garden...

Statues adorn the terraces...

Pretty tree trunk...

You can see some spring was already trying to peek through Spring Garden...

My girl in a tree...

See - a little spring. We have to go back when the plants and flowers are blooming...

Conservatory...

There were thousands of plants and flowers all housed in the conservatory. Just beautiful...

Me with my favorite girl...

Huge leaf!!!!!

Ok - now I am just posting pictures of flowers. Because they were so amazing. I took way too many photos of flowers but I don't care (heh)...

Everything was so colorful. I could have stayed in there longer than I did. Bri liked walking the grounds - I think she really enjoyed it because she played some Pokemon Go as we walked through the gardens. She actually found a lot of new Pokemon!

There was a wedding dress exhibit at another part of the property which I would loved to have seen, but we were getting tired and hungry, and Bri was kind of done with the Biltmore after a number of hours of being there.

We drove to a nearby shopping area and stopped at a fun toy store...

We ate some delicious pizza at Brixx Wood Fired Pizza (for linner - lunch/dinner combo because it was mid-afternoon)...

We got back to the hotel and Miss B wanted to take a nice spa bubble bath. She needed to soak her feet after all that walking we did!

We turned in a bit early after a long day. We had another long day planned the next day - a visit to Chimney Rock and Hickory Nut Falls.
