Hilton Head Vacation 2021 - Day 3

Day 3 (Wednesday) of our vacation was very different weather-wise than the day before. It was partly cloudy, quite cold and very windy.

Just looking out the window in the morning, I could tell it would be a different kind of day... 

We decided to take a walk on the beach again and realized it wasn't quite as comfortable as the day before - heh...

It was super chilly and blustery!

Still so beautiful though...

Briana liked the look of this tree in the distance...

 

Lots of birds and shells on the beach (and a few less people)...

We didn't walk as far or as long on the beach that morning and headed back to the house. The wind made it feel so much colder.

My sister recommended a great place for lunch - Wayback Burgers. We did takeout. Everything was delish...

I actually ordered the "Impossible Melt" - which is a veggie burger that tastes like meat. And it really does! I seriously could not tell the difference!

That afternoon, the sun did try to peek out a little...

 We grilled some steaks that night and watched another movie.

Just another quiet, restful, rather uneventful day.

The next day was another weird weather day - lots and lots of fog.
