Pioneer Days Festival

We had a nice beginning to the fall season yesterday - even though it was a bit hot. There was a slight cool breeze in the air but not one cloud in the sky, so the sun beat directly on us. We went to the Pioneer Days Festival. We had never been to this carnival before but had heard it was pretty fun. It is really close to where we live, so we checked it out. I can say Miss B is now a HUGE fan, so we will be going back next year.

Here we are entering...

We hit the arm painting stand first...

After some lunch, Bri rode this horse...

Oh yes, a bungee jump. She was all over that...

This roller coaster was one of her favorite rides. And um, my kid is the one with her hands up the entire time...

She rode this neat train...

She rode this slide...

The ferris wheel was also one of her very favorite rides. Daddy watched from below. Let me just say, it is the fastest Ferris Wheel I've ever been on. Yikes...

The whole fair was surrounded by farmland...

Daddy showed Briana how to throw darts at balloons. He won her a pink and purple fuzzy dog...

And this is Miss B right before we left the carnival. Yes, Daddy decided it was ok to get her a bag of cotton candy. Crack for kids...

What a great way to spend Labor Day. So much fun!

Do I remember her doing a bungee jump sometime last year? Or was that some other little daredevil? Oh my lands, she is a brave one. FEARLESS.
