Maisie and Briana

Wow - we had a full day at Lisa and Maisie's house on Friday! Lisa took the above picture and it was so adorable, I had to post it as my first photo of the post! We arrived at Lisa's at 10AM and didn't really expect the play date to last the whole entire day, but the girls were having so much fun together (including Lisa and I) that we decided to invite the hubbys in on it and we all ended up going to dinner together too! Thanks to Briana borrowing some pajamas from Maisie, Briana fell asleep in the car on the ride home and was able to be put directly into bed about 9:30PM. These girls are two peas in a pod, I tell ya.

We started the day off with some gymnastics bar moves...

Of course there was LOTS of dress up...

Lisa introduced Briana and me to a delicious Japanese restaurant for lunch that we had not been to before. I can say it was DELICIOUS. The girls were so cute in the backseat on the way over...

I've never in my life seen girls knock back dumplings like these two...

Maisie and Briana played school. Maisie was the teacher and Briana was the student...

Of course there were also a lot of tickles and giggles...

And this shot was taken at dinner - they are still in silly mode after being together ALL day!

And finally, they read a few books in jammies before we took off...

It was a wonderful, fun and stomach-fulfilling day - LOL! Hope to do it again REALLY soon!!!
