Correction and Tournament Info

Doug pointed out to me that I made an error during my "big soccer update" post. When I spoke about the Ravens team, I said the Ravens had beat us both games last (fall) season. Well, Doug reminded me that we actually lost one and TIED one with them. He is totally right. We tied them 2-2 while it was raining. I cannot even believe I forgot that! My bad. ;) 

We finally got the schedule for the U10 tournament which occurs on the weekend of May 14. In the first round on Saturday, Team Golden Eagles will be playing two teams that we haven't played during the regular season. So, we have no idea what we are up against. Both teams are Y teams, but one is from the east side of the county and one is from a different county all together. If we beat one or both of them, we move up to the semi-final and possibly the final on Sunday. If we don't, we'll most likely be done on Saturday.

I'm hoping the girls will play good enough to get a game in on Sunday!
