This was my baby on her very
first day of school. Y'all remember that first day of school, right? It was pretty rough - on her and me.
But by day two, she found her rhythm and has been a total rock star ever since. She loves school, she loves her friends and she loves her teachers. I'm so sad that my sweet girl finished her last day of 3 year old preschool today. She is growing up so fast. I blink and another month has flown by. Here is Bri on her last day of school...
For Mother's Day, these were Bri's school gifts to me. They were so cute and so meaningful. I absolutely loved her answers to the questions on the teapot. Especially when she said I only weighed 6 pounds. Now that's love. ;) (You can click on the picture to enlarge and read the questions.)
On Tuesday, Briana got to celebrate her birthday early at school since she has a summer birthday. We brought in confetti cupcakes with pink frosting and star sprinkles. Completely her choosing. Yes, it was one big sugar attack. She helped me make them on Monday and she did an amazing job. She was so proud of herself...
She came home with a Mickey Mouse "crown" and a "Happy Birthday" candy bar. She said all the kids sang to her. So sweet...
Today, she had her end of the year party. She inhaled one and a half hot dogs and a half bowl of ice cream...

So as of this afternoon, we have three months off of school (with only one week of day camp thrown in). What are we gonna do now? LOL!

They grow up WAY too fast. We have two weeks of school left; it seems impossible that another year has past us by :-(
They sure do grow up fast.. I sooo remember these days and now my kids are leaving Soph and Jr. years.. they will be Jr. and Senior next year... crazy..

I love the answers to her questions, especially that your favourite thing to do is play with Brianan (how could it not be!!) and that you are as pretty as Daddy. Such sweet answers.

The years will really start flying by now. They truly will. She is getting SO big.
I have to agree with all....time does fly and they do grow up way to fast. It seems like only yesterday Sam was starting school - and he's heading into the 5th..enjoy the years now! And have a great summer.

They grow up too quickly!! What a big girl Bri has become. I'm sure that you'll have a great summer, of course with only one week of activities for Bri, you may need a vacation by the time she returns to school.
