Our Busy Weekend

After the Photo Walk with my sister on Saturday morning, I came home to pick up Briana (she hung out with Daddy all morning) and we headed over to Chinese dance class. Briana is still loving class and the girls are learning a little dance that requires fans.

You would think after having a fun morning with Daddy and then having dance class in the early afternoon that Miss B would be tired. Um, no. She never gets tired. She wanted to roller skate after that...

On Sunday afternoon, Doug, Bri and I went to see "The Old Man and the Monkeys and other Chinese Tales" at the Puppetry Arts Center. It was really cute and Bri got to make a monkey puppet afterward. Here are a few pics and a link to the some video of the show...

We missed our puppet show buddies for this show - Matt, Kathy and Chani, but they had to go out of town. :(

See this adorable little girl below? She just moved to GA with her mom and dad a couple of months ago. This is K, and her dad Khalid is one of Doug's best friends. We are very happy that they are living about 35 minutes from us now instead of living all the way in California. Sunday after the puppet show, Doug, Bri and I went over to visit them in their new home and had dinner. I forgot to snap any photos of our visit Sunday evening, but I took these photos of K (and Bri) when they came to visit us back in June (while they were house hunting)...

Boy, we certainly had a busy weekend, didn't we?!
