Spring Fling

Well, Briana walked away from her school's Spring Fling with a balloon and some cotton candy, so you know I had a happy girl that evening.

That morning, Briana decided to wear the Masters shirt Doug got for her last year. She said she felt like a little golfer...

We met up with G and R around 6PM and Briana was so excited...

Briana's soccer coach is G and R's mom and she was working a booth that evening, so the girls hung out with me, Doug and Bri...

There were games...

Rides...

Pony rides...

Races...

Lots of candy ~ including lollipops...

And the best part - the dunking booth! Even better - Briana's teacher was a "dunkee"!!

Bri's teacher was only in the booth for 20 minutes, so when time was running out, she asked for all of her students waiting in line to move forward so they could get a chance to dunk her. If they didn't dunk her throwing a ball, they got to push the button instead...

Briana came up and threw ball one and ball two, but missed...

Then Briana threw ball three and it hit the target dead on! It was awesome!!!

Time for a short water break...

Then it was time to try out the firetruck...

Time to get Bri's teacher wet again (by squirting her with rubber duckies)...

Lastly, it was time for a little dancing...

Spring Fling was fun last year, but this year's was really something. So many fun things for the kids to do. They even had a DJ the entire time.

Hoping next year's fling can live up to this one!
