Saturday night, Briana got all gussied up (and Doug and me too) to go to our friend Jimmie's birthday dinner. Doug and I have known Jimmie and his family since we were in high school. We love Jimmie and his family and they have truly become our family.

We went to Uncle Jimmie's dinner/party in our new car! Woo Hoo!!!
As you know, we went to the Pioneer Days Festival with K, A and A on Sunday...
They actually came over to our house around lunchtime and we grilled out - the food was sooo yummy. K & A brought some marinated steaks, pork chops and burgers for the grill. Scrumptious!
Monday was a super rainy day. A perfect day for Briana to finish her haunted house Lego set...
It took her about 5 or 6 hours over the course of a week or so to complete it. Doug only stepped in once or twice for a question. She is a rock star!!!
And speaking of rock stars, Bri thinks I "rok" too. *blush*
And on a different note, I want to wish a Happy Rosh Hashanah/Happy New Year to my father and all my friends and family that celebrate this special holiday!
