A few weeks ago, we met friends
Kathy, Matt and Chani for a puppet show. We started talking about a new exhibit at the Fernbank Museum that features mythic creatures and we all decided we wanted to meet up to check it out. Sunday was the day. It was a really cool exhibit, but I wish it had been a bit bigger. There wasn't really all that much too it. The hype was much bigger. But the girls got a kick out of it anyway.

Before heading to the museum, Doug, Bri and I stopped for a quick brunch at a delicious Little 5 Points restaurant with amazing food. We sat on the patio and the morning was just perfect...
My brunch - crab cake Eggs Benedict - yum. It was so good but very rich. I obviously couldn't eat it all...
After brunch, we got to the museum, met K, M and C and we started checking out the huge dinosaur bones...

After several hours at the museum we were all beat and decided to head home.
I sat on the couch Sunday evening and thought about the week that had passed. I think we had a quite successful spring break. Monday - it was time for Bri to go back to school and time for mommy to decompress.
