Christmas Morning and Afternoon

Miss Briana was up at 7:30 on Christmas morning and very excited to see what Santa Claus brought for her. Here she is coming down the stairs (with Pink Baby of course).

And this is what she saw...

She started immediately ripping open presents...

As you can see, she received a lot of things fashion related. Everyone in our family knows what a fashionista Briana is. Including Daddy. And that is why Daddy got her a sewing machine...

And Santa brought some very important things that Briana had asked him for...

Doug and I had a very nice Christmas morning too...

As Doug and I opened our presents, Briana kept herself busy...

Then it was time to check stockings. Briana went for Pink Baby's first...

Miss Asia loved her Christmas present too...

Then it was time to wrap things up and head over to Gramma and Papa's house for more present opening...

The coat I wanted!!!!

It was a very nice Christmas. We all ate Chinese food for dinner and got home around 8PM. It was an exciting, fun and exhausting day!

The Lead Up To Christmas

The day before Christmas Eve and Christmas Eve day were pretty quiet days for us. We had been going, going, going and it was time for us to stay close to home.

The day before Christmas Eve, Briana worked on making some gingerbread men and ladies...

And I took a picture of all the Christmas cards I received this year. You all outdid yourselves - the cards I received were all so beautiful...

On Christmas Eve morning, Briana opened some cards and a couple gifts from Gramma...

Red decided to make the last appearance of the year in our Christmas tree...

Of course we tracked Santa all day long. He was in China around 11:30
AM (EST)...

Then Briana begged us to work on our gingerbread Christmas tree (I boycotted the gingerbread house this year - so time consuming!). And Briana never got out of her jammies...

I cooked a turkey in the afternoon, and Doug and Briana split the turkey neck...

Before it got too rainy, Briana ran out onto the lawn to spread the reindeer food (nice outfit)...

Toasting mommy with sparkling grape juice at dinner...

Briana asked me to put up a stocking for Pink Baby this year. So then there were five stockings...

We left out milk and a homemade Christmas cookie for Santa and carrots for the reindeer of course...

Then Briana was off to dreamland because the next morning, there were presents to be opened!

Very Busy Right Now!

Between celebrating Christmas and dealing with all the aftermath of Christmas, I haven't had a chance to blog!

Santa Claus did visit our house and was quite generous with Miss Briana. She was a very happy girl.

We went to my parents' house Christmas afternoon, so it was a whole day of opening gifts!

I have lots to blog about regarding Christmas but just need to find the time. Will be back soon. Just enjoying Christmas break right now!
