I can't believe August 1st was Briana's last first day of "regular" school. Senior year. Next year, she'll be a college student. This was the first time ever I did not take her to school on the first day. She drove herself. It felt so strange.
She went super early that day because traffic on the first day of school is always insane. Unfortunately, it stayed insane for a couple of weeks. It is just starting to calm now.
She was ready to go (sort of - heh)...

She did great getting to school on her own. She was so sweet because she sent "proof of life" photos to us when she arrived...
While she was at school, I wallowed in my emotions over looked at all her first day of school photos...

She is doing great in school so far. She is almost 4 weeks in now.
It's so hard to believe this is it. I am still not ready.
