My Little Fish

My sister and nephew came over to my neighborhood pool yesterday to go swimming. We had a blast! You might remember the picture of the pool from last year. Here it is this year...

My daughter, the little girl that wouldn't put her head under water and didn't get water in her eyes, after several weeks of swim lessons is now a fish. She is swimming under water and holding her breath. She is still working on lifting her head up to get a breath. I cannot believe how much more comfortable she is in the water now. There is a small slide in the kid pool that she was afraid to go down because there is water squirting on it. Well, she went down it 4 times yesterday. Amazing! I'm very proud of her!
