All About Halloween

 Another successful Halloween is on the books! A cold front was coming through that day, so we got some sprinkles, wind and cool temps Halloween evening, but we didn't let that stop our Halloween fun!

The cousins came over once again to trick or treat, and this year we also walked with Bri's friend Ella! Above, you will see Ella, Bri and Cousin N1 with Ella's dad. He got a lot of compliments that evening - LOL! :)

Miss B was so excited to get dressed and go trick or treating...

You can see that Bri's wig ended up coming off during trick or treating - about halfway through. If she had actually walked, the wig would have stayed on. But she sprinted from house to house, so the wig kept falling off. Sigh.

The kids hit at least 40 houses...

Bri was so good with N2 that evening. She held his candy bucket for him and his hand too...

The kids started getting tired (as well as the parents), so we parted ways with Miss Ella...

Bri was so tired after all that walking - and she had already done her Boosterthon run during the day (more on that later). She was asleep as soon as her head hit the pillow.

Bri was so excited in the days leading up the Halloween. She had to sport a Jason mask and devil ears...

Doug had a lot of fun decorating the outside of the house this year...

The night before Halloween, Bri and I watched our Charlie Brown and Garfield Halloween specials. I love listening to Bri giggle to the cartoons that I watched as a kid...

Well, Halloween is finally over now and it is time to start looking forward to Thanksgiving. My Halloween stuff is already packed away and my fall decorations are out now.
