July 4th Recap - Daytime Festivities

What a perfect July 4th day! The sun was shining, my parents came over and Doug grilled hot dogs, sausages, corn on the cob, onions and peppers - delish! 

Briana started the morning looking like this...

But my Mom brought her some goodies to dress her up a little for the 4th. This is how she looked after the makeover...

My mom also bought Bri this huge bubble wand, and while Doug was grilling, the girls decided to go out and blow some bubbles...

Then Bri did a few crafts with my mom...

Miss B started getting a little wild after lunch...

Then we got Bri in some comfy clothes, lit some sparklers and shot off a few small fireworks for fun (even though it was only late afternoon).

My parents left our house around dinner time to head home, and Doug, Bri and I found a perfect place to see fireworks that night. More to come...
